The operation of the company is lead by a professional Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, CMA(CIMA, UK) as the Managing Director and CEO of the company. Prior to joining Sandhani Life Finance Limited, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL).

Under his dynamic supervision, AFSL has completed listing procedure of 11 companies, among which one was listed under Book Building Method. An aggregate amount of BDT 7,564.52 million of funds was raised through these 11 issues. Most of them now are trading in the bourses as blue chips. In addition, a total amount of BDT 17,333.70 million of private capital was raised by the company through thirty capital-raising attempts from nineteen different companies during this span of time. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). In 2016 he has qualified as CMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.
